Procedures to Enroll Your Child

In order to set an interview with me you will have to

  1. Review my website and operational policies.
  2. Fill out online and submit an interview form
  3. Call me at 817-741-6794 to schedule the initial interview.

The Interview Process

This is a crucial part of learning about your child and family. This is where the parents can tell me what they are looking for in a daycare provider. I would like for both parents to attend. We will discuss the child’s history, previous daycare experience, medical history, special needs, etc.  We will discuss the hours you are looking for and fees.  This is your opportunity to ask me questions and see the child care areas. The interview process is the time to evaluate whether this is the child care setting you would like to leave your child in. In addition, this is my opportunity to assess if I can meet the child's needs and if you are the type of family I would like to enroll in my program.

Reference Check

This is the part where I will provide you some references in order for you to call and you will do the same.  If your child has been in previous daycare settings they must be listed as a reference and they will be called. An example of a good reference would be a friend who often sees you interact with your child, a school teacher, and principal, or other professional reference.

Registration

The next step after the interview is the registration. This is where you fill out the paper work on your child. There is a $75 individual / $125 siblings, non-refundable registration fee that is paid when you receive your registration package. All paperwork must be returned before the first day of care.

Trial Period

There is a two week trial period for each new child enrolled in the program. During this trial period either you the parent or I the Director can terminate the contract without prior notice.
